Dear Guests,


Thank you all who responded our call and provided their travel information. To help ensure a smooth and timely arrival for everyone, we have arranged shuttle transportation to the venue. Each guest has been assigned a specific pickup time and location​. Please click the download button to save the travel information and map.

Please make sure to be at your designated pickup point at the exact time listed on your schedule, as the shuttles must depart promptly and are unfortunately unable to wait for late arrivals.

Arrivals:

Thursday, 30th April 2026. We will have 2 shuttles. ​

  • 1st: Leaving Florence Airport 1:30pm sharp 
    Pick up point: 2pm:  Joy C Hotel Florence  2 minutes walk from Florence train station.
    (exact timing depend on traffic we recommend to be at the pick up point at 1:50pm as the bus cannot park there it is merely a pick up bay.)

  • 2nd: Leaving 5pm sharp:  Joy C Hotel Florence  2 minutes walk from Florence train station- straight to Borgo Casa Al Vento (We ask you to be at the pick up point at 4:50pm as the bus cannot park there it is merely a pick up bay)

 

Departures:

Sunday, 3rd May 2026 We will have 2 shuttles.

For some of you we did not have enough information to determine where you wish to be dropped off, you can of course choose on the day whether you wish to continue your journey from the airport or the drop off point near the train station.

​

If you miss your assigned shuttle, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the venue. We kindly ask for your understanding that, due to logistical constraints, it will not be possible to make changes or accommodate delays beyond this point.
